TBot-Spot does NOT issue refunds under normal circumstances such as 'change of mind' or 'incorrect purchases.'
TBot-Spot is selling time as a service, therefore any time taken addressing issues that may arise are considered to be included in the listing prices.
If in the event that connectivity problems arise because of internet issues, TBot-Spot will make every attempt to help you resolve the problem.
If the order you receive is incorrect in any way, TBot-Spot will rectify it immediately.
Only in some extreme cases will TBot-Spot issue refunds, and TBot-Spot will make the final decision on a case-by-case basis.
In all cases, TBot-Spot is more than happy to substitute other sets or items of like value and/or quantity, which can be gifted or given to someone else if you no longer require our services.
